Watch the Solar Eclipse Together!

About 86% of the sun's disc will be covered during this year's solar eclipse - and if you miss it, the next chance won't come until 2048.

Hals Library marks the occasion with solar eclipse festivities at the library. On the lawn, we'll set up a model of the solar system and discuss the distances between planets. Throughout the day, you can also stop by and decorate a pair of eclipse glasses so they're ready when the eclipse peaks around 8 p.m.
