Pianist Catrine Frølund is known for her lyrical expression and Nordic sound aesthetic, including in her own trio. In recent years, she has served as a regular side woman for several singers, creating an open and poetic musical space with melodic clarity and presence.

As part of the Nordic collective Sisters of Jazz, she highlights women's contributions to jazz history through dynamic live performances.
