Author Lilja Scherfig leads three hours of diary writing based on her book "Diary Life - Write, Love and Be Yourself". No writing experience is required - only curiosity.

Participants receive concrete diary tools and writing exercises to take home. According to Scherfig, diary writing can create greater clarity, creativity and energy - already with just 10 minutes a day.
