Smørrebrød festival at Den Gamle Kro in Gråsten featuring a large buffet. Choose from:

• Egg dishes, either pre-made or make your own
• Two to three types of herring with accompaniments
• Small fish fillets with remoulade and lemon
• French bread open sandwiches with smoked salmon and horseradish cream, or with scrambled eggs
• Pre-made smørrebrød including egg and shrimp, roast beef, "dyrlægens natmad" (traditional Danish sandwich), ham, smoked ham and pork roll
• Warm dishes such as beef with fried egg, house meatballs with Southern Jutland cabbage, and warm spare ribs with homemade red cabbage
• French bread open sandwiches with various cheeses, or a cheese board with grapes

The selection changes from time to time.

Price is 279 kr. per person. Children aged 2-12 pay half price.
