Author Meeting with Frank Dam Nielsen: That's Not How It Should Be

Frank Dam Nielsen shares his debut book, which chronicles a childhood marked by neglect, manipulation, violence, and bullying - circumstances that led him into a radicalized subculture dominated by crime and substance abuse at a young age. He speaks openly about a life where society and the adults around him repeatedly failed him, but also about the few people whose empathy and understanding made a difference.

Today, Frank Dam Nielsen works as a lecturer and author. His mission is to strengthen understanding of what neglect does to people, and how crucial it can be when just one adult intervenes. "It Shouldn't Be This Way" is his first publication, released by Forlaget Sermo Motus.
