Three researchers explore coffee from different angles: biology, sustainability, and health.
Lecturer in agricultural value chains Aske Skovmand Bosselmann covers the biology of the coffee plant, as well as cultivation and processing from bean to cup. Associate Professor Emeritus in Botany Anders Sanchez Barfod discusses sustainable coffee production and the climate changes that will shape the future of coffee cultivation. Physician and Associate Professor Emeritus in Diabetes and Nutrition Kjeld Hermansen concludes with the health aspects of coffee drinking.
