Værhed Conversations is an evening for you who want to meet new people and talk about something beyond everyday small talk. This time the theme is friendships and relationships. There is room for a maximum of 20 participants who don't necessarily know each other beforehand.

Lene and Henrik welcome you and start the first conversations with light questions. Then we explore questions like: What makes a good friend? Are we as good friends as we expect others to be? Can a friendship be good even if it's almost always the same person who takes the initiative? We also play with our expectations of friendships. You talk in pairs and small groups, with room for humour and disagreement, and to follow the threads that emerge along the way.

The evening also includes coffee and free conversations where you can continue talking with one or two of the others. The last half hour is open: you can continue a conversation, talk with some new people, or head home. You don't need to prepare anything, and you choose how personal you want to be. Some conversations become deep, others mostly cosy.

You're welcome to come alone. That's exactly the idea with Værhed - to meet people you don't know, and you don't need to be outgoing. Lene and Henrik set the framework and help the conversations along.

The price includes coffee, tea, water and a small sweet treat. Værhed has rented the space at Gråbrødre Kloster so the conversations take place in a calm setting.

Wærhed is built on the idea that we need each other. When Henrik walked the Camino, he experienced how ordinary conversations between strangers sometimes became something more. He wants to create that possibility with Værhed. There's no guarantee you'll make a new friend, but the framework for new meetings and acquaintances is there. More people - more værhed.
