Mårten Lundgren, Jacob Fischer, Ida Hvid Trio - Tribute to George Barnes/Ruby Braff

Trumpeter Mårten Lundgren, guitarist Jacob Fischer and bassist Ida Hvid perform as a trio at Holbæk Jazzklub (Lille sal) on Sunday, 7 March 2027 at 15:00, paying tribute to George Barnes and Ruby Braff. The three musicians play with openness and curiosity, letting the music unfold in the moment - occasionally adding arrangements to shape the flow. Holbæk Jazzklub is housed in Musikhus Elværket, the town's former power station, and operates as a volunteer-run association with roots back to 1955. This is one of two Danish dates on Lundgren's tour. Admission is 0-245 kr.
