Crochet and Cosy Time with Baby
Parental leave with a baby in tow? Nakskov Library invites you to a relaxed morning of crochet, coffee and tea - and the company of other parents in the same situation. It doesn't matter if you're an experienced crocheter or have never held a crochet hook; there's extra yarn for those who want to start from scratch.
While the adults crochet and chat, babies can crawl around and look at picture books. Along the way, you'll learn how reading aloud supports early language development and get an insight into the library's offerings for parents and babies. There's a helping hand to keep an eye on the little ones if you need it.
You don't need to arrive exactly on time - just drop by when it suits your day. Prams can be parked both indoors and outdoors in front of the windows, and there's a toilet with a changing table. Remember to bring your own crochet project if you have one in progress.
