A therapeutic weekend workshop for couples: "The Strong Relationship". The course can also be purchased as a gift voucher.

Many couples find themselves having the same discussions week after week: household duties, finances, parenting, misunderstandings, or lack of intimacy. According to the couple's therapist, it rarely comes down to the disagreements themselves, but rather how the couple communicates and whether their needs are being met. Over time, hurt, stress, and everyday life can drown out love. The fact that you can't feel it right now doesn't mean it's gone.

After the two days, you'll have concrete tools you can use as early as Monday morning. You'll get help with:

✔️ communicating constructively and discussing difficult topics without turning it into a fight
✔️ solving challenges together and making joint decisions when you disagree
✔️ aligning needs and expectations so your agreements take both of you into account
✔️ handling conflicts so they resolve, and working with what lies beneath
✔️ making each other feel seen, heard, understood, and loved
✔️ reconnecting with feelings, intimacy, and contact, and creating space for presence in a busy everyday life

The goal is for you to understand yourselves and each other better, communicate better, argue less, and solve problems together in a way that strengthens your relationship.

🤍 No prior professional knowledge is required. Teaching is conducted in language everyone can follow, and things are explained again if needed. No one has to share private matters with the rest of the group.

👩‍⚕️ The workshop is led by Lisbeth Deleuran, psychotherapist MPF and couple's therapist. She draws on her professional knowledge and many years of experience with couples, using relatable examples and concrete exercises. Teaching is characterized by warmth, clarity, and room for humour.
