Author Talk with Anne Skov Thomsen: Wednesday 3 February 2027, 19:00–21:00, Vestervig Kirke, Vestervig. Tickets cost 65 kr.

In Anne Skov Thomsen's debut novel "The Priest's Daughter", which has received strong reviews, the main character Sine grows up in the 1990s on a rectory in Vendsyssel. Both her parents are priests, and the home is also part of the village community. What is it like to grow up in such a setting?

At the author talk in Vestervig Church, Anne Skov Thomsen discusses the rectory as a place and finding her place as "the priest's daughter". The conversation is with Martin Rohr Gregersen, who is the parish priest in Vestervig and Agger and a former literary critic.

Throughout the event, organist Hans Henrik Gramstrup Larsen plays hymns from the novel's song catalogue.
