The Children's Culture Festival 2026 runs Monday to Friday with activities at Langeland Library and around the island. During library opening hours, a self-service craft table is available, and the library's bird books are brought out for the occasion.

All activities are free, but some require advance registration. The full programme will be published on the library's website.

About the venue: Langeland Bibliotek

Langeland Bibliotek is the main public library in Rudkøbing, serving the whole island through a bookmobile that also calls at Strynø every three weeks. The collection covers books, films, music, e-books and audiobooks, and the building doubles as a study space with free internet and newspapers. The library regularly hosts talks, workshops and literary evenings. A library card is needed to borrow materials, but entry is free with a health card.
