Finjan invites you to a summer dinner on Monday, August 10, 2026, 5-8 PM at Støberiet, Blågårds Plads 5, 2200 Copenhagen N. Entry is free, and food and drinks are available at affordable prices.

The evening's dish is Betingan Mutabak - a classic Syrian vegan summer dish with aubergine, tomatoes, green pepper and onion, served with bread or rice.

Assem Swaid, founder of Finjan, will give a short talk about Finjan's upcoming events, cultural activities and projects in the second half of 2026 - including the next edition of Syrian Doc Days and other community initiatives.

Everyone is welcome, whether you have followed Finjan for years or are coming for the first time.

About the venue: Støberiet

Støberiet is a municipal cultural centre on Blågårds Plads in inner Nørrebro, run by the City of Copenhagen's Kultur og Fritid N. The building holds concert, exhibition, movement and meeting rooms as well as a workshop, all available for hire. Its programme covers music, theatre, film and debate, with a particular focus on co-creation with local communities and activities for children and families.
