Ouverture is a musical and physical performance about life in a very special orchestra, where joy, sorrow, happiness and tragedy unfold among the members. We meet a group of performers with unclear origins - perhaps they are family, perhaps they come from the same remote village in Europe, perhaps something entirely different. Their identity remains open, and their accent cannot be pinned down.

The performance moves between the comic and the poetic, carried forward by music and physical expression. With its short duration and immediate intensity, it functions both as street theatre and as a scenic element in other contexts.
