Jazz Lounge in Spisehuset — Brønshøj Kulturhus, Copenhagen

Free entry

Every second or third Thursday of the month, a rhythm group of jazz musicians gathers in the Dining Room at BRØK and plays two sets with selected guest soloists on stage.

The repertoire consists of jazz standards from the American songbook in swing style, with bossa nova and samba rhythms plus improvisation.

Free entry - come by for a drink and some jazz.

About the venue: Brønshøj Kulturhus

BRØK - Brønshøj Kulturhus opened in August 2024 in the renovated Brønshøj Gamle Skole, a building from 1901 right next to Brønshøj Torv. The house has a performance hall for concerts, theatre, film and talks, along with workshops for ceramics, textiles and visual arts. It is run by the City of Copenhagen and partly replaces the former Kulturhuset Pilegården.
