La Boom Machine (F)
Gårdspladsen ved Karens Minde Kulturhus., Copenhagen
La Boom Machine is a street show created by the French Nomad Men. They arrive in a quirky machine with a tractor look and comic-book details, where the eccentric driver engages the audience while the drummer plays at full blast. The performance lasts 45 minutes, is free, and requires no advance booking - and no two shows are the same.
The show is part of the children's culture festival Kultur For en Tudse, running from 25-28 August 2026 in the Karens Minde area with theatre, music, visual art, movement, play, and creative workshops.
The performance is also part of Copenhagen's Street Theatre Festival, which from 23-30 August 2026 visits Husum, Nørrebro, Sydhavn, Valby, and Ørestad. The festival is free and for all children and their adults, and is part of DIG - Denmark's International Street Theatre Festivals.
