Cuttings, the Garden's Free Gifts

This workshop covers propagating plants for free: taking cuttings from woody herbs like sage and lavender, and root shoots from plants such as sea buckthorn, rose hips and hops.

Part of the session focuses on "edgeplants" - which species suit borders and where they thrive. Practical work on the day includes preparing edges and beds, cutting and planting cuttings.
