Æblehaven - Inspiration Workshop with Karen Marie Dehn

Join artist Karen Marie Dehn for this three-hour workshop exploring the Æblehaven project and its distinctive methods and techniques. Both beginners and experienced participants are welcome - you don't need to contribute a finished work to Æblehaven to join.

During the workshop, you'll work with abstraction of the apple as a motif: how to zoom in, how to translate a photograph or drawing into abstract form, and how to navigate Æblehaven's colour palette. There's also time to experiment with colour choices and an introduction to relevant stitches and possibilities for abstract expression in embroidery.

The workshop takes place at BIBLIOTEKET, Rentemestervej 76, Copenhagen.
