Karen-Marie Lillelund presents a lecture titled "While We Wait for the Strategy" - a humorous look at everyday life, where plans meet reality, and we end up improvising our way forward, coordinating blindly, and discovering solutions we never knew existed.

Lillelund has twice been named Denmark's best lecturer by the event agency Confex and received the award "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in North Jutland". She is a certified corporate speaker from the USA, also speaks English, and writes columns for Familie Journalen. She also hosts the podcast "You, Me and Musicals".

Behind the lectures are four published books: "Humor in Leadership" (Børsen), "Humor at Work" (Gyldendal Business), "A Handbook for a Laughing Life" (Gyldendal Business), and "Small Talk - Yes Please!" (Grønningen1).
