Rutting and Roaring Including Dinner

The evening begins at Lille Vildmosecentret, where participants gather around the terrain model in the exhibition and receive a brief introduction to red deer, wild boar, moose, and European bison in Lille Vildmose.

Afterwards, everyone drives in their own cars into Mellemområdet to search for the red deer's rutting grounds. With a bit of luck, you can both see the large red stag and hear it roar across the bog - the guide provides commentary via radio guidance.
