Street Theatre: HOT DOG

Free entry. HOT DOG is one of six performances that Denmark's International Street Theatre Festival brings to Sønderborg.

The performance is an acrobatic comedy about power struggles, staged on an inflatable set where everything happens while bouncing. The performers build an absurd universe where conflicts arise, collide and reappear in new forms - from knight's epic to village tumult, from baroque pas-de-deux to Mexican wrestling. Bankers, activists, authorities and ordinary people cross paths in chaotic power games.

With acrobatics, burlesque humour and physical theatre, HOT DOG explores humanity's drive for dominance, community and survival - grotesque and poetic, hilarious and unsettling all at once.

No tickets, no entry fee. Everyone is welcome.
