Street Theatre: La Boom Machine

Denmark's International Street Theatre Festival returns to Sønderborg with six free performances.

LA BOOM MACHINE is a mobile music parade built around a converted machine with a tractor look - welded together from rusty steel, lace, colours and grandmother's lamps in Nomad Mens' own workshop. Behind the wheel sits an eccentric driver who is half stuntman and half street poet, while a drummer pounds away until the sticks break.

The parade departs from the Equestrian Statue at Sønderbro 1 and drives down Sønder Havnegade. You are free to join the entire way - and there is neither ticket nor entrance fee.
