FORTÆL - Bodegafortællinger

Aske Ebbesen tells stories about Copenhagen's bodega culture - the spirit-soaked, nicotine-stained corners of the city where funny, touching, and absurd stories emerge only at night, while practicing the great lie: "just one more...".

The event takes place at Cafe Haraldsborg, Islands Brygge 15. Entry is free, but seating is limited, so advance booking is required via Billetto.dk. Age limit: old enough to enter a bar.

The performance is part of the storytelling festival FORTÆL, held for the fourth time on Islands Brygge from 7-12 September. The festival is organized by Islands Brygge Library with festival director Marie Louise leading, and is supported by Amager Vest Local Committee.
