Description was written before the event

Vigga Bro tells stories - some she has received, others she has spun herself. The selection changes depending on the time, place, and the audience sitting in front of her.

The event is primarily for adults. Tickets cost 30 kr. and are purchased on billetto.dk.

The performance is part of the storytelling festival FORTÆL, which runs from 7-12 September at Islands Brygge. This is the fourth time the festival is held - organized by Islands Brygge Bibliotek with festival director Marie Louise leading the way and supported by Amager Vest Lokaludvalg.

Venue: Bryggekælderen, Njalsgade 15 - entrance via the courtyard.

About the venue: Islands Brygge Bibliotek

Islands Brygge Bibliotek on Njalsgade is a small public library that has occupied the same spot in the old part of the Islands Brygge neighbourhood since 1966. The single-room space houses both adult and children's sections, with shelves stocked with new titles. Beyond lending, the library runs reading clubs, author events, book cafés and regular children's activities such as storytelling and theatre. Self-service access is available every day 08:00-20:00; a health card is required outside staffed hours.
