Felt a Little Nature Creature

Needle felting and biodiversity (ages 7-12)

Osramhuset Children's Club participates in Car-Free Sunday on August 30 with a felting activity on the street for children aged 7 to 12. Using needle and wool, they can shape small figures from nature - bees, beetles, ladybugs, butterflies, leaves, or flowers. The method is hands-on and tactile: the wool gradually takes form, stitch by stitch.

Guidance is provided, but parents must accompany their child throughout the activity. The activity runs from 12 to 16 on Nørrebrogade at Runddelen and Fynsgade.

The event is part of Weekend for Children, organized by Culture & Leisure on Nørrebro with support from the biodiversity fund and the Nørrebro Local Committee. Weekend for Children is free and runs on Saturdays and Sundays at various locations on Nørrebro - including Blågården Library, Nørrebro Library, Korsgadehallen, Nørrebrohallen, Osramhuset, and Støberiet.
