Free entry

As part of Brønshøj Yarn Festival, Brønshøj Knitting Club hosts a free yarn exchange where everyone can take leftover yarn. You can also drop off yarn you no longer need, and if you have spare craft books, you can swap them for others.

There's also space to sit down with your own knitting or crochet work in the company of fellow yarn enthusiasts.

About the venue: Brønshøj Kulturhus

BRØK - Brønshøj Kulturhus opened in August 2024 in the renovated Brønshøj Gamle Skole, a building from 1901 right next to Brønshøj Torv. The house has a performance hall for concerts, theatre, film and talks, along with workshops for ceramics, textiles and visual arts. It is run by the City of Copenhagen and partly replaces the former Kulturhuset Pilegården.

Brønshøj Garnfestival 2026 is held at BRØK on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th September with opening hours 14-20 on Friday and 10-19 on Saturday.
