Golden Days: Monsters in Clay - Create a Shared Artwork

What lurks under your bed? Perhaps a creature with too many teeth or eyes that glow in the dark. In this workshop, participants of all ages get clay in their hands and create a small relief featuring the monster they imagine - a tradition with deep roots, as demons and hybrid creatures have adorned everything from Egyptian tombs to medieval churches.

The finished works are collected and hung as permanent decoration in the cultural centre's stairwell.
