Baby Massage - Postnatal Café at Viruphuset

This workshop introduces simple massage techniques you can use at home for quiet moments with your baby. It's hands-on: you massage your own baby during the session, with plenty of time for questions and sharing experiences. The workshop is for babies aged 6 weeks to 11 months with a parent.

The instructor is Stefanie Vinther, an educator, zone therapist, baby massage instructor, and baby therapist specializing in babies, children, and their families.

Baby massage is part of the library's maternity café. Other café sessions feature baby motor skills and sound baths, and afterwards there's an opportunity to buy coffee and meet other parents in the café.

Practical information: Bring a towel or baby blanket for your child to lie on, and dress your baby in clothes that are easy to remove. The culture room is warm, and there are changing facilities in the room. Prams can be left under the overhang at Viruphuset.
