A postnatal café with a sound bath arranged by Astrid from the baby and children universe Lille Gaia. The sound bath consists of live sound landscapes with singing bowls, chimes and gentle rhythms that have a calming effect on the nervous system and strengthen the bond between parent and child.

Bring a baby blanket or similar for your baby to lie on. Only the baby needs a ticket - 1 adult per child.

After the sound bath, everyone is welcome to stay for coffee and a chat with the other participants.

Hjortshøj Kombi-bibliotek at Virupskolen brings the public library and school library together in one building. The collection covers books, music, video and computer games, with a particular emphasis on children's titles.
