Megadeth - Support: Black Label Society + Testament — K.B. Hallen, Frederiksberg

On Saturday, March 27, Megadeth plays K.B. Hallen in Frederiksberg as part of the farewell tour "Breakout: Hibernation of the Nations". Black Label Society and Testament open the evening.

The choice of K.B. Hallen is no coincidence: it was here the band played its first Danish concert when the Rust in Peace Tour hit Copenhagen in 1990 - 36 years ago. Since 1983, Megadeth has sold over 50 million albums, won one GRAMMY Award and received 12 nominations, and nine of their albums have charted in the top 10 on Billboard 200. Their seventeenth and final studio album - a self-titled release - debuted at number one on Billboard 200 and reached the top of the charts in 11 additional countries.

Dave Mustaine on the tour: "This isn't about saying goodbye. It's about celebrating everything we've built together over the last four decades. Every city has its own story, every crowd has given us unforgettable memories, and we want to come back to celebrate that with the fans who made it all possible."

On the two support acts, Mustaine says: "When we started talking about this tour, we wanted it to be a true celebration of metal. Black Label Society and Testament are bands we have tremendous respect for and having them join us makes these shows even more special. This lineup represents decades of heavy music, and it's going to be an incredible night for the fans."

The setlist will cover Megadeth's entire career - from early classics to tracks from the new album.
