About the venue: Richter

Richter is Gladsaxe's music venue, housed in the old Telefonfabrikken building in Søborg. It opened on 23 August 2018 and runs as an independent institution with support from Gladsaxe Municipality. The hall holds up to 300 standing guests but can also be set up for intimate café concerts of 20-30 people. The programme covers a wide range of Danish and international music, and the venue is also available for hire for conferences and production rehearsals.

Since 1986, Red Warszawa have been delivering coarse Danish cult metal with satirical lyrics and a live show that never takes itself too seriously. The Ballerup band is a fixture on the Danish concert circuit and tours in autumn 2026 under the title "Gandalf og Dildo".

"Lækre" Jens Mondrup, who was involved in founding the band in 1986, left Red Warszawa in 2025 after 39 years - the farewell took place in a good way, and the last joint concert took place at Amager Dio.

Red Warszawa is in autumn 2026 on tour with the performance "Gandalf og Dildo", which the band describes as total theater at a number of venues in Denmark and surrounding areas.
