Parent Café with Health Visitors - Today's Topic: Nutrition

The parent café is open every Thursday from 12:30 to 14:30 with changing themes. The presentation begins at 13:00 and lasts approximately one hour - afterwards there is time to chat with other parents and ask questions to the health visitors, who are present with knowledge and guidance. It is not possible to have your child weighed or to speak individually with a health visitor.

Today's topic is nutrition for children aged 4-12 months. The presentation covers the transition from liquid to solid food: how to tell if your child is ready for something other than milk, the functions of meals, building good eating habits - and the practical details of what, how and when.
