Tonight's theme is civic responsibility: Is it an informal contract between state and people about the use of moral surplus? Or a tool in the hegemonic toolkit? A moderator gives a brief introduction and helps unfold the questions. The conversation is not a debate to convince each other, but a shared exploration with mutual respect - seasoned with a few songs that illuminate the evening's theme.
