Write It Out - Free Writing Workshop for Young Adults in Silkeborg

SIND Silkeborg and Silkeborg Libraries offer a free 8-week writing workshop for young adults aged 22-30 experiencing mental vulnerability. The programme runs from 3 September to 29 October 2026, with a break during autumn half-term (week 42). Sessions take place on Thursdays from 14:00 to 16:00 at Silkeborg Bibliotek, Hostrupsgade 41A.

A writing guide from the library leads participants through writing exercises with space for feedback along the way. No experience is required, and you decide whether to read your texts aloud. The setting is a safe community where writing is a space for freedom - not performance.

There are places for a maximum of 12 participants. The registration deadline is Thursday 27 August 2026, but registration does not guarantee a place as a waiting list may form. SIND membership is not required to participate.
