The Cat with the Blue Eyes is based on Egon Mathiesen's beloved children's book of the same name. The story follows a cat who sets out to find the land of many mice - but encounters mistrust and resistance along the way. The cat keeps its spirits up and ends up satisfied with mice and good friends with the cats with yellow eyes.

About the venue: Horsens Bibliotek

Horsens Bibliotek is the municipality's three-floor main library, housed in Tobaksgården. Alongside its book and media collections it offers study spaces, meeting rooms, a children's section and a café. The programme includes film screenings, author evenings, reading clubs and a repair café, and the library organises the annual Crime Fair held at FÆNGSLET. A local history collection on the second floor covers Horsens and the surrounding area.
