Author Summit at the Prison with Blædel, Koppel and Katz Krefeld

Author Evening with Blædel, Koppel and Katz Krefeld: Monday 7 December 2026, 18:30–21:30, Horsens Bibliotek i MIDTEN, Horsens. Tickets cost 139 kr.

What drives authors when they write, and where do their ideas come from? This evening you'll get close to three of them and hear them talk about both the current and the personal in their authorship - about literature, storytelling and perhaps a few surprises along the way.

Michael Katz Krefeld is out with "Mumien", a new crime novel in the Ravn series, where a mummified corpse puts Ravn and his bounty hunters on the trail of a doomsday cult. Benjamin Koppel is publishing "Håbets klang", the third book in the Koppelman family series and a prequel to "Annas Sang" and "Sommerfuglens stemme". Sara Blædel is out with two books: "Drengen uden grav", where Louise Rick and P13 investigate an unsolved murder in an environment where children and young people are exploited, and "De berygtede - mysteriet om diamantbunkeren", the third book in the children's crime series about De Berygtede, which this time experiences dangerous things in Skovbjerg.

Program: Doors and bar open at 17:45. From 18:30 to 19:55 there are conversations with each of the three authors and Lida Wengel, followed by a break with book signing from 19:55-20:15. From 20:15-21:00 there is a joint discussion and Q&A, after which signing continues until 21:30.

The ticket costs 139 kroner plus fee. Books can be purchased on site and signed by the authors. The event is held in Vestsalen and is arranged by Horsens Bibliotek and Krimimessen in collaboration with Politikens Forlag.
