Mette Karin Petersen, known as Jægerinden, demonstrates how to pluck pheasants and ducks. The event is designed for children and anyone interested in nature and wild food. You'll have the chance to touch things, ask questions, and learn more about "farm to table". Tastings are served at the end.

About the venue: Langeland Bibliotek

Langeland Bibliotek is the main public library in Rudkøbing, serving the whole island through a bookmobile that also calls at Strynø every three weeks. The collection covers books, films, music, e-books and audiobooks, and the building doubles as a study space with free internet and newspapers. The library regularly hosts talks, workshops and literary evenings. A library card is needed to borrow materials, but entry is free with a health card.
