Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening, the food collective Send Flere Krydderier runs the kitchen at the dining hall Union. The menu is based on seasonal vegetables with an emphasis on organic and sustainable ingredients, and there is always a vegetarian version of the day's dish.

Food is served from 17:30 to 19:30, and drinks can be purchased at the dining hall.
