Smørrebrød & Special Beer (Beer of the Month: Bla Bla Blanc from BrØl)

Every third Thursday of the month, we serve dinner at Ravnsborggade 14C. Our concept is straightforward: two generous open-faced sandwiches for 60 kr. (there's always extra on the table, so you won't leave hungry). With each round of smørrebrød, we've selected a special beer on tap that pairs perfectly with the food. This month's beer: Bla Bla Blanc from BrØl for just 50 kr.

This time we've got the ultimate summer beer from BrØl - a Belgian wheat beer (Wit/Blanc) that's fresh, light, and citrusy. A perfect thirst-quencher that goes beautifully with smørrebrød. BrØl is the world's first circular brewery, brewing their beer from surplus bread. They're a certified B-Corporation, so you can enjoy a cold beer with a clear conscience.
