Christians Madhus has created a signature menu inspired by Dirch Passer's love of classic Danish cuisine. He appreciated simple, informal meals, and his late-night snacks often consisted of steak tartare with fried eggs, anchovies, chopped tomatoes, and leeks. The menu is Christians Madhus' own interpretation of this dish combined with other Danish smørrebrød classics. For dessert, a traditional æbleskiver is served - one of the most beloved Danish desserts and a sweet ending to the meal. Enjoy the food in Krøyers Have, the cosy atmosphere and good company before the film begins. Sales of the menu close on 14 August 2026 at 15:00, as the number of place settings is limited.
