This evening takes you on a tasting journey to the heart of Penedès in Catalonia, where some of the world's most exciting sparkling wines are created. We taste our way through 10 different wines and dive into the history, craftsmanship, and the people who have made the region famous among wine lovers worldwide. Along the way, we experience fresh, elegant, and gastronomic expressions of Cava and Conca del Riu Anoia from some of the region's most acclaimed producers. Among the wines you'll find:

As the evening's grand finale, we open two of Spain's most sought-after sparkling wines - bottles that few ever get the chance to taste: Mas del Serral Blanc 2014 and Mas del Serral Rosé 2013. Two rare gems from Pepe Raventós' iconic single vineyard, produced in strictly limited quantities and recognized among the world's finest sparkling wines. Wines with depth, complexity, and aging potential on par with the greatest names in the world.
