Drum Journey to the Full Moon

Henrik Dyreholt guides you through two shamanic drum journeys on August 27, 2026, 19:00-21:00 at Delta Huset, Torvet 30B, 4293 Dianalund. No experience necessary - everyone is welcome.

The first journey takes you to the underworld, where you have the opportunity to meet or reunite with your power animal. The second is an inner journey where you work on releasing what you are ready to let go of - old patterns, emotions, or burdens. The evening concludes with a shared ritual where what you wish to release is symbolically burned, and the smoke is sent toward the full moon.

You choose how you participate: lying on a yoga mat, sitting on a chair, or through gentle movement and dance.
