BIG BANG Festival - Saturday

BIG BANG is an international family festival celebrating music and sound in many formats. The festival fills Musiktorvet on Øresundsvej and surrounding venues with music performances, creative installations, sound experiments, concerts, workshops and festival atmosphere.

The festival welcomes curious families with children aged 1-12. Highlights include Cloudbusting, an introduction to Kate Bush's world; Bonkers Kidsrave, a mini rave for children; a quirky Belgian opera about Løbenæsen; music heard through your teeth; sound installations; concerts featuring music from around the world; and creative workshops.

Performances take place at Musiktorvet, Amager Bio, BETA, Teater ZeBU and Børnekulturhus Ama'r. Buy a festival wristband at the entrance or in advance for free access to all activities and performances with available space (valid for one day only). For indoor performances, you can book a seat at the info booth upon arrival, as some shows have limited capacity. Food and drinks are available on site, but you are welcome to bring your own.
