Join us at the long table on Klippingegård for a special late summer lunch as we welcome guest chef Martin Grevard from Fiskerikajen to cook with us in the fields. Martin's cooking is rooted in a deep respect for the sea and the seasons, with a focus on carefully sourced fish and seafood, prepared simply to let exceptional ingredients shine.

Together with Scott from The Patch Kitchen, we'll create a multi-course sharing-style lunch celebrating the meeting of the sea and the farm. Expect a menu built around sustainably sourced fish and seafood, paired with the best vegetables the farm has to offer at the height of the season. Thoughtful cooking, generous sharing plates, and the freshest ingredients will be at the heart of the afternoon.

A curated selection of wines and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to accompany the meal.
