I Was the Woman You Walked Past

A personal lecture about homelessness, addiction, loss, hope and the path back to life. The speaker shares her own story - about being the woman on the bench, the woman with the bags, the woman most people walked past. Throughout, she reads her own poems and texts, written in both darkness and hope. It is not the story of a perfect person, but of falling, rising and fighting to believe in one's own worth.

The lecture is divided into two parts with a break in between:
Part 1: 19:00-19:45
Break: 19:45-20:00
Part 2: 20:00-20:30 (approx.) - with opportunity for questions

Doors open at 18:00, and soft drinks, coffee and cake are available for purchase. The lecture is held at Stiften Lounge and is supported by FO Aarhus.
