Spiders - Fascination or Phobia?

Eight eyes, eight legs, and a bad reputation. Spiders send shivers down the spine of many, but in fact they can be incredibly beautiful and have a way of life as fascinating as a good play. At this lecture, Denmark's leading spider expert, professor Nikolaj Scharff from the Natural History Museum of Denmark, will unfold the spiders' fantastic natural history. Psychologist and director Ulla M. Wattar, who has worked with phobias for many years, will explore the fear of spiders and what can be done to treat it.

The event is part of the cultural history festival Golden Days, which this year focuses on the theme 'Monsters' in collaboration with more than 100 cultural institutions.
