Søren Ryge Petersen has made television for over 40 years - many hundreds of programmes, broadcast and rebroadcast countless times. A large part has been about gardens, but many more have been portraits of ordinary people with extraordinary stories: Anders and Julius, Bette Anna, The Red Smith, Gudrun and Valborg, The Old Woman at Trudsholm, and many others.
