A weekend tantra course for couples, facilitated by Peter Hjeds with Mette Hjeds as practical coordinator. The course takes place at Kongsø 2, 8654 Bryrup - deep in the forests of Søhøjlandet in central Jutland, close to Silkeborg.

The course is for couples - not necessarily an established pair - who wish to work with presence, touch, and deepening in their relationship. Over the weekend, you will work with meditation, massage, touch exercises, breathing techniques, conversation exercises, and energy work that you can later use in a tantric practice at home.

Programme:
Day 1: Arrival 18:30-19:00, course starts 19:00, ends 21:00.
Day 2: Breakfast 08:00, exercises 09:00-18:30 with breaks and lunch, dinner 18:30.
Day 3: Breakfast 08:00, exercises 09:00-13:00, lunch and closing 14:00, departure 15:00.

Prices:
Course fee: 5,000 kr. per couple. Meals (served) can be added for 1,000 kr. per couple - note that each couple choosing meals participates in meal preparation and prepares one meal. Meals require at least three couples registered and paid in advance. Accommodation can be added or excluded for 1,200 kr. per couple.
