Dirch Passer in Music - a tribute concert

Dirch Passer would have turned 100 this year, and Det ny Tonefilmsorkester marks the occasion with an informal concert. The programme features songs from films starring Dirch Passer - including many he sang himself - drawn from classics such as "Flådens friske fyre", "Frøken Nitouche", "Styrmand Karlsens flammer" and "Sommer i Tyrol".

The concert is a tribute to Dirch Passer's talent, to the music of Danish comedies, and to the cultural heritage he is part of.

For over 25 years, Det ny Tonefilmsorkester has performed music from film, revue, theatre, radio and television throughout the 20th century. The orchestra's 35 singers and musicians maintain the original performance style while bringing a fresh approach.
