Herlufs Vokaler and cellist Anja Lillemæhlum present "Songs of Hope" at Aa Kirke in Aakirkeby on Sunday, 13 September 2026 at 14:30. The concert features contemporary classical music for cello and chamber choir - works by Kristina Arakelyan, Howard Helvey, Jacob Narverud and Lillemæhlum, heard for the first time on Bornholm. Aa Kirke, Bornholm's largest and oldest church dating from the 12th century, provides a distinctive setting with its medieval frescoes and granite architecture. This is one of two Danish dates on the tour. Admission is 95 kr. A small art exhibition on the theme of hope complements the programme.
